Weak high pressure is temporarily affecting the area, while dust is expected to be present in the atmosphere from tomorrow until Wednesday. The weather will be mainly clear, but later in the interior, scattered fog and low clouds may form locally. Winds will blow from the northeast to southeast, light to moderate, with the possibility of local intensification. The temperature will drop to 8 degrees Celsius inland, around 12 on the coast and 6 in the higher mountains. Tomorrow, there will be intermittent increases in medium and high clouds. The temperature will rise to around 22 degrees Celsius inland and on the coast, and to 16 in the mountains. On Tuesday, the weather will be intermittently cloudy, with local showers in the mountains and southwest. On Wednesday, rain and possible thunderstorms are expected to weaken in the afternoon, while snow may fall on the highest peaks of Troodos. The temperature will gradually decrease and will fluctuate slightly above average. These conditions are expected to affect air quality due to the presence of dust, while rising temperatures will create a feeling of discomfort, especially in areas where humidity will be increased.
