Greek Police Arrest Cypriot Wanted for Criminal Organization

A 22-year-old Cypriot man, wanted by Cypriot authorities for criminal organization, arson, and illegal income, has been arrested in Thessaloniki, Greece. A European arrest warrant had been issued by the District Court of Nicosia. The young man will be taken to the Thessaloniki Court of Appeal to begin the extradition process to Cyprus, where he will face the charges. The arrest is the result of cooperation between Greek and Cypriot authorities.
