Netanyahu's Address: Israel Will Not Allow Iran to Threaten Humanity

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the nation following the commencement of a joint operation with the United States against Iran. He characterized the Iranian regime as a threat to humanity due to its nuclear ambitions and support for terrorism, and called on the Iranian people to overthrow the regime, stating that the joint operation would create the conditions for their liberation. He also urged Israelis to demonstrate unity, resilience, and courage during the operation, named “The Lion’s Roar.” In his address, Netanyahu highlighted the Iranian regime’s 47 years of hate speech against Israel and the United States, as well as its involvement in violent acts. He stressed the necessity of preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, which could threaten the entire world. Netanyahu made a special appeal to all ethnicities living in Iran – Persians, Kurds, Azeris, Baluchis, and Ahwazis – to free themselves from tyranny and create a free and peaceful Iran. He emphasized the need for collective resistance and sacrifice to ensure the security and prosperity of Israel. The statement follows recent attacks on Iranian targets, coordinated between Israel and the U.S., and marks an escalation of tensions in the region. Israel considers Iran a major threat to its national security due to its nuclear program and support for groups designated as terrorist organizations.
