Second Warship Sent to Cyprus by Britain - RFA Lyme Bay Put on Standby

Britain is sending a second warship, the RFA Lyme Bay, to the Eastern Mediterranean, strengthening its military presence due to increasing tensions and concerns for the safety of British citizens. The RFA Lyme Bay is a support ship, capable of operating as a floating operations base and a floating hospital. It is being prepared for possible evacuation operations, if necessary. The ship is approximately 176 meters long and can carry military personnel, vehicles, helicopters and equipment, as well as provide medical support.
