The sentences for the leadership of the criminal organization were the same as in the first instance, with 13 years in prison for six members and 10 years for Matthaiopoulos. Giorgos Roupakias was sentenced to life imprisonment and 10 years. Six former MPs who received mitigating circumstances were sentenced to five years in prison, while the rest were sentenced to between 5 and 7 years in prison.
