Golden Dawn Trial: Prosecutor Seeks Rejection of All Mitigating Circumstances

The prosecutor at the Court of Appeal in Greece has requested the rejection of all mitigating circumstances sought by the convicted defendants in the Golden Dawn trial. The prosecutor argued that none of the 42 convicted defendants are entitled to additional mitigating circumstances, as they did not show remorse and attempted to obscure the case. The rejection of the mitigating circumstances could lead to stricter sentences for some defendants, while there is a possibility of increasing the original sentences by up to 15 years for 12 of them.
