Russia has accused Ukraine of launching an attack with 91 drones on President Vladimir Putin's state residence in the Novgorod region, which it claims failed as all drones were shot down. The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Moscow has determined the targets and timing of retaliation, stating that the attack will not go unanswered. Simultaneously, Russia warned that the attack will affect its negotiating position, as it believes Kyiv has resorted to state terrorism. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed the accusations, calling them “lies” and asserting that Russia is attempting to undermine peace talks and prepare the ground for attacks on Kyiv.
