‘Wuthering Heights’ Carriage Used in Film Sells for €114,384

The authentic 1890 carriage used in the recent film adaptation of Emily Brontë’s novel Wuthering Heights is for sale for £100,000 (approximately €114,384). The carriage, which carried the lead actors Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, is available on the Autotrader website. The carriage, equipped with leather seats, was built for two or four horses and belongs to the stunt and set company Steve Dent Ltd, which collaborated with the filmmakers. The carriage is a rare collectible item. Erin Baker, editor-in-chief at Autotrader, said the listing is one of the most special they have ever seen on the platform. The film, a loose adaptation of Emily Brontë’s classic novel, has received mixed reviews.
