Under the Build to Rent scheme, the free disposal of the entire buildable area to the market is allowed, while maintaining the obligation to make units available at affordable rent for four years. The “Renovate-Rent” scheme is strengthened with an increase in grant amounts, the possibility of utilizing non-residential spaces, expansion of application areas and widening of electricity consumption limits and income criteria. Finally, the Housing Revitalization Schemes are strengthened with an additional increase in financial assistance for displaced persons and an increase in the upper limits of financial assistance and income criteria.
