Violent Clash Between Foreigners in Limassol - 'Kidnapped' 18-Year-Old Injured - 12 Arrests

A violent clash occurred between foreigners in Limassol, resulting in injuries to three people, including an 18-year-old. Police are investigating the case as conspiracy to commit a felony and misdemeanor, rioting, kidnapping, common assault, causing grievous bodily harm and possession of offensive weapons. The 18-year-old had injuries to his head, legs and other parts of his body and was taken to hospital. The clash began last night in the Agia Zoni area. Bloodstains, a piece of iron and a pair of shoes were found at the scene. During the clash, two more people were injured, who also received medical attention at the hospital. A search of an apartment in the area found 12 people, along with the injured 18-year-old. Two cricket bats with bloodstains were also found. Arrest warrants were issued for all 12 people, who were arrested to assist the investigation. Police are continuing their investigations to determine the cause of the clash and identify all those involved.
