White House: European Troop Deployment to Greenland Doesn't Change Anything for Trump

The White House stated that the deployment of European troops to Greenland does not change Donald Trump's view of the territory, as he still desires to acquire it. White House spokesperson Caroline Levitt said that the meeting between US officials and representatives from Denmark and Greenland was productive, however, the troop deployment does not affect Trump's goal. As of today, Thursday, 15 French, 13 German, 3 Swedish, 2 Norwegian, 2 Finnish, 1 British and one Dutch personnel are operating in Greenland.
