Ustel Rules Out Early 'Elections' in Northern Cyprus

Unsal Ustel, the 'Prime Minister' of the Turkish Cypriot 'government', ruled out the possibility of early 'elections', responding to rumors and pressure from the 'opposition'. He emphasized that his 'government's' priority is to serve the public and promote legislative work. Ustel stated that any decision on early 'elections' would be made in consultation with his partners and after discussion with the opposition, but currently, there is no such intention. This statement came in response to the proposal by the President of the Republican Turkish Party (RTP) for early elections.
