Trial Postponed for Larnaca Shooting Incident

The trial of the five defendants accused in connection with the January 17th incident in Larnaca has been postponed. The defendants, who appeared before the Larnaca Permanent Criminal Court under tight security measures, face charges of conspiracy, illegal possession of weapons and explosives, extortion, and other offenses. Defense attorneys requested an adjournment to review the evidence, a request that was granted by the court. The new trial date is set for April 6th. Three more individuals are wanted in connection with the case. Two of the defendants face additional charges for assault in Pyla.
