Δύο ακόμη σοροί εντοπίστηκαν το απόγευμα σήμερα, στο σημείο όπου δύο υπερταχείες συγκρούστηκαν την Κυριακή (18/1), στο Αδαμούθ της Ανδαλουσίας, σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση των σωστικών συνεργείων. Μετά τον νέο εντοπισμό, ο συνολικός αριθμός των νεκρών ανέρχεται πλέον σε 45.
«Πρόκειται για τους δύο (νεκρούς) που δεν είχαν βρεθεί ακόμη» εξήγησε ένας εκπρόσωπος στο Γαλλικό Πρακτορείο.
Τα θύματα εντοπίστηκαν σε ένα βαγόνι του τρένου της εταιρείας Renfe, το οποίο ανατράπηκε όταν το χτύπησε άλλο τρένο, ιδιωτικής εταιρείας, που ερχόταν από την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση.
