Toyota GR Yaris Morizo RR: Born from the World of Motorsports

TOYOTA GAZOO Racing has unveiled the GR Yaris MORIZO RR at the Tokyo Motor Show, a limited-production model inspired by Toyota's experience in the 2025 24 Hours of Nürburgring race. The car was developed with the involvement of Akio Toyoda (Morizo), who drove the #109 racing GR Yaris and contributed to the evolution of the new GAZOO Racing Direct Automatic Transmission (DAT). The MORIZO RR features an upgraded suspension, an exclusive carbon fiber rear spoiler, and a new “MORIZO” 4WD mode with a 50:50 torque split. Visually, it stands out with its Gravel Khaki color, Piano Black grille, and carbon fiber hood. Production will be limited to 100 units for Europe and 100 for Japan, with a launch scheduled for spring 2026.
