The Deputy Prosecutor of Primary Courts has ordered a new supplementary investigation into a transport company allegedly involved in the transportation of debris from the Tempi tragedy. The investigation concerns the initial placement of the debris in Koulouri and its subsequent establishment as a Private Limited Company (IKE). Seventeen individuals, including private citizens, civil servants, and elected officials from the Thessaly Region, have been summoned to provide statements. Simultaneously, the trial regarding the missing videos of the freight train involved in the accident continues, having been adjourned due to the presiding judge's illness. During the trial, a forensic expert was examined, and the selection of a special witness to evaluate the digital data was discussed. The supporting lawyers submitted a request to receive copies of the digital data.
