Strong Belief in Origins: A Trend at Union

The coach of Union, Bojan Markovski, is following the tactic of his predecessor, Damir Canadi, prioritizing players with whom he has previous collaborations. Canadi had brought several Austrians, Croatians, and players he had coached in other teams to the club, a strategy that was heavily criticized and led to a chaotic environment. Canadi's choices, such as his son and other players from Austria and Croatia, did not deliver as expected and led to disappointment from the management and fans. Markovski, for his part, has already added two North Macedonians to the team, Marko Simonovski and Demir Imeri, whom he seems to have great confidence in. The emphasis on origin and familiar solutions appears to be a common thread in the policies of both coaches.
