Online consumer shopping in Cyprus saw a significant increase in 2025, with the number of orders rising by 83% compared to 2024, reaching around half a million. At the same time, the number of Cypriots using Skroutz for their purchases increased by 72%. Cypriot businesses leveraged the platform for sales in Greece, with 83% of users coming from there. Mobile phones were the most popular search, followed by sneakers and sports shoes. The average order value amounted to €78, an increase of 4%, with Cypriot users making an average of almost 2 purchases per month. 54% of users use the Skroutz App for their purchases, while the card remains the primary payment method (90%). The Skroutz Last Mile (SLM) Cyprus network handled 93% of orders on the island, while the use of Skroutz Points is increasing, with 27% of orders being picked up through them in early 2026. Skroutz plans to expand the network of Skroutz Points from 36 to 100, offering greater geographical coverage.
