The Skroutz platform recorded a significant increase in e-commerce in Cyprus in 2025, with an 83% increase in orders compared to 2024, reaching 500,000. Simultaneously, the number of Cypriot users increased by 72%. Cypriot businesses leveraged Skroutz to expand their sales in Greece, with 83% of users originating from there. Mobile phones and sneakers were the most popular searches, while the categories with the most purchases were sneakers, men's and women's fragrances, dietary supplements, and mobile phone cases. The average order value reached €78, an increase of 4%, with users making an average of two purchases per month. The use of the Skroutz App remains popular (54%), while cards remain the primary payment method (90%), with Revolut covering 8% of transactions. Skroutz Last Mile (SLM) Cyprus managed 93% of orders on the island. Furthermore, the use of Skroutz Points is increasing, with 36 points (95 lockers) already serving 27% of orders. The goal is to expand the network to 100 points, offering greater geographical coverage and flexibility to users.
