Overseas Voting Centers for May 24, 2026 Parliamentary Elections – Operation in Athens, London, and Brussels

The Ministry of Interior has announced the operation of overseas voting centers for the Parliamentary Elections on May 24, 2026. The centers will be available to voters who are already registered or will register by April 2, 2026, and will operate in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, London, Manchester, and Brussels, provided the criterion of at least 30 registered voters per electoral district is met. A special electoral roll will be prepared for the operation of the voting centers, to which voter details will be transferred from the permanent electoral roll of Cyprus, following a relevant declaration. The submission of declarations takes place within the framework of the quarterly revision of the electoral roll, from January 3 to April 2, 2026. Voters can submit a declaration to exercise their right to vote abroad either electronically, through the website aps.elections.moi.gov.cy, or in printed form at the Embassies and Consulates of the Republic, Provincial Offices, Citizen Service Centers, Citizen Centers of the Cyprus Post, and the Ministry of Interior. This decision is an important step towards facilitating the exercise of the right to vote by Cypriot citizens residing abroad, strengthening their participation in the democratic processes of the country.
