Outraged Relatives Confront Club Owners at Swiss Prosecutor's Office

Relatives of the victims of the fatal fire in Crans-Montana attacked the owners of the Le Constellation nightclub as they arrived for a fourth day of testimony at the Sion prosecutor's office. The relatives, wearing clothes with photos of their loved ones, accosted, insulted, and threatened the couple, expressing their outrage over the loss of their family members. The incident occurred despite limited police presence, with relatives shouting accusations and demanding justice. The club owner, Jessica Moretti, appeared in tears, while one parent of a victim shouted: "You killed my son, you killed 40 people, you will pay for it!" The fire in Crans-Montana, on January 1st, resulted in the deaths of 41 people and injured 115, mostly teenagers. The club owners, who are under judicial supervision, are accused of manslaughter, negligent bodily harm, and negligent arson. According to their initial testimonies, the owners attributed the responsibility for the fire to an employee who also lost her life, claiming that she lit fireworks inside the club.
