A video circulating online has sparked outrage, appearing to show an ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agent shooting a 37-year-old woman, Renee Nicole Good, in Minneapolis. In the footage, the agent is seen calmly walking away from the car where the incident occurred, while looking at his mobile phone and giving instructions to colleagues. The incident occurred when Ms. Good, a poet, failed to stop despite commands from ICE agents. One of the agents opened fire on the driver's side window, fatally wounding her. Eyewitnesses captured the moment of the shooting and described the agent's composure. Witnesses reported hearing shouts of protest towards the agents, while one of them was shouting at the female driver. Ms. Good is described by her mother as a “kind person”. The video has caused anger and raised questions about the use of force by ICE agents. The case is expected to be thoroughly investigated, while the release of the video has reignited the debate over immigration policies and policing.
