Nottingham Forest Has Paid Over €18 Million in Manager Compensation This Year

Nottingham Forest is searching for its fourth manager of the season, as Sean Dyche has been sacked. Evangelos Marinakis and the administration are in talks with Vitor Pereira and other managers, due to the team's poor performance and position in the relegation zone. The constant changes of managers have cost the team more than 18 million euros in compensation. Nuno Espirito Santo, Ange Postecoglou and Sean Dyche received significant compensation for their release. Specifically, Nuno and Dyche received 6.8 million euros each, while Postecoglou received 4.5 million euros. This amount is particularly high, given that last season Nottingham had a much better course, finishing in 6th place and competing for the Champions League. The instability in the technical leadership and the financial impact of the compensation create problems for the team, which is trying to find a stable course and avoid relegation.
