No Inflammable Substance Found in Vehicles Burned by Fire

A fire broke out in two private vehicles in Kiti, Larnaca, causing extensive damage. Police launched an investigation of the scene, with the participation of the Larnaca TAE and the Kition Police Station, to determine the cause of the fire. According to police, the investigation did not reveal the presence of flammable substances in the vehicles or the area. This suggests that the fire was not caused by arson, however, the investigation continues to clarify the circumstances that led to the incident. The Spokesman of the Fire Service, Andreas Kettis, had reported on the X platform that the vehicles had suffered significant damage from the fire. The Fire Service responded immediately to the incident and managed to extinguish the fire before it spread to other areas. The authorities are examining all possible causes of the fire, including vehicle malfunctions or external factors. The investigation will continue until the cause of the incident is ascertained and any criminal activity is ruled out.
