Money Invested in New Home Purchases in Cyprus – Apartments in High Demand

An analysis by Landbank Analytics of new home sales in Cyprus in 2025 shows that apartments are more popular, with half of the sales being properties worth €150,000 - €300,000. Houses, on the other hand, are sold at higher prices, with 40% of sales being properties worth €300,000 - €500,000. Landbank CEO Andreas Christoforides states that the apartment market acts as a 'safe haven' for the middle class, while houses cater to buyers with higher incomes. The real estate market remains important for the Cypriot economy, offering options for all financial capabilities.
