Mesogi Primary School Expands Horizons Through Erasmus+

Mesogi Regional Primary School continues its active participation in the European Erasmus+ KA121-SCH program, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and the modernization of the educational process. To date, three teacher training mobilities and one job shadowing mobility have been implemented, with a student group mobility scheduled for March. The mobilities include seminars on leveraging Artificial Intelligence in teaching (“AI and the 6Cs for Future-Ready Teaching” in Helsinki), integrating the arts into STEM subjects (“From STEM to STEAM Education” in Berlin), and creating a happy and enjoyable learning environment (“A Happy Lesson: Valuable Tips to Create a Joyful Classroom” in Athens). Teachers had the opportunity to acquire new skills and exchange ideas with colleagues from other countries. The job shadowing mobility at the 19th Primary School of Nikaia, Athens, allowed the teacher to observe and evaluate the educational and administrative practices of another school. All mobilities have contributed to enhancing the professional development of teachers and improving the quality of education at the school. Participation in Erasmus+ confirms the school’s international orientation and its effort to offer its students and teachers opportunities for learning and exchanging experiences at the European level.
