Limassol: Explosion Outside Company Offices in the Early Hours

An explosion occurred outside company offices in Limassol around 3:20 AM today, January 6th. Initial investigations by the police, including a bomb disposal expert from the ADE Limassol, revealed that a factory-made paper firecracker exploded at the base of the building's glass facade. The explosion caused damage to the glass facade, but no injuries were reported. The scene was placed under guard and will be re-examined on Tuesday morning. The Limassol TAE (Serious Crime Unit) is investigating the case as attempted property destruction with explosives.
