ISOTITA Calls Members to Protest Outside Parliament Over Police Working Hours

The Pan-Cypriot Union ISOTITA is calling on its members to participate in a mass protest outside the House of Representatives tomorrow, Wednesday at 09:00 AM, regarding the working hours and leave days of police officers. The Union condemns the imposition of the new 11x37 schedule by the Police Leadership without the consent of the Council of Ministers and the Parliament, characterizing it as a constitutional deviation and arbitrariness. It points out that the new schedule drastically reduces police officers' leave days, increases workload, and imposes unpaid work. ISOTITA has already filed an Application for Cancellation with the Administrative Court and is committed to continuing the fight to restore legality and protect the rights of police officers.
