Head of Iran's Quds Force reappears after weeks of silence

Esmail Ghaani, head of Iran's Quds Force, reappeared after weeks of silence, which had sparked speculation even about his arrest or execution. His statement, the first since the start of the war, states that the resistance front has significant capabilities and that Iran's allied forces entered the conflict autonomously, announcing more surprises. Ghaani's absence from the public sphere had caused intense speculation, with reports even of house arrest or execution due to suspicions of leaks to Israel. However, this is not the first time Ghaani has "disappeared" during critical moments, as similar incidents have occurred in the past. In his message, Ghaani emphasized the unity of the fronts and the continuation of the Islamic Revolution under Mojtaba Khamenei. The 68-year-old Ghaani has led the Quds Force since 2020, succeeding Qassem Soleimani.
