This became possible after Levadeiakos and OFI advanced, defeating Kifissia 2-0 and AEK 1-0 respectively in the semi-finals. Larissa holds the record for final appearances with four, followed by OFI and Doxa Drama with three each. In terms of titles, Larissa has two, while OFI and Kastoria have one each.
