Farmers in Greece are continuing their protests at the blockade in Nikaia, Larissa, affecting traffic on the Athens – Thessaloniki national highway. They have closed the Nikaia interchange flyover towards Thessaloniki, and the police have implemented temporary traffic regulations. Additionally, the opening of the Makrychori tolls is scheduled for two hours, with the participation of tractors. Farmers state they are determined to continue their protests until they receive specific answers to their demands. In Western Thessaly, farmers are escalating their mobilizations with road closures, including a 48-hour blockade in Mourgkani and a tractor descent to Bralo to block access to Athens. The protests are characterized as a matter of survival for the farmers.
