Europe Braces for Another Snow Wave, Hundreds of Flights Cancelled

Western Europe is bracing for another wave of snow and frost, resulting in the cancellation of hundreds of flights, mainly in France. Approximately 140 flights have been cancelled, with Paris's Charles de Gaulle airport being the most affected. The first storm of the year, named Goretti, is hitting the Atlantic coasts. The situation is expected to worsen in Britain on Thursday and Friday. Dutch airline KLM cancelled 600 flights at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport, while there are problems with the supply of de-icing fluids. Authorities are recommending working from home and have banned trucks and school buses in some areas, causing disruptions to supply chains.
