Airlines Resume Flights to Larnaca and Paphos

Airlines including Emirates, Lufthansa, British Airways, and easyJet have resumed flights to Larnaca and Paphos, significantly boosting Cyprus's air connectivity with Europe and the United Arab Emirates. Hermes Airports announced that air connectivity has largely been restored following temporary disruptions due to the situation in the Middle East. Emirates started daily flights to and from Larnaca on Saturday. Today, March 9th, 102 flights are expected at Larnaca Airport and 36 at Paphos Airport. Larnaca maintains direct connections with numerous European and regional countries, including the United Kingdom, Greece, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates, among others. Flights from Paphos Airport are mainly operated to the United Kingdom, Greece, and various European countries via Ryanair. Despite the general restoration of routes, flights to Israel, Qatar, Bahrain, and Lebanon remain cancelled. Passengers are advised to check the airlines' websites or their travel agents for the latest information regarding their flights.
