Limassol will host Doers Summit, the gathering widely known in previous years as Reflect Festival. What began in 2018 as a bold experiment to connect emerging tech ecosystems has grown into one of the Mediterranean’s most recognised gatherings for founders, investors, and technology leaders.
Over the past eight years, Reflect Festival became a beloved fixture well beyond the Cypriot tech community, earning a reputation as a meeting point where regional ecosystems connect with global innovation. The transition to Doers Summit reflects the evolution of the event’s mission: bringing together the people who build, fund, and scale companies across borders. Following new successful editions in Athens and Dubai in 2025, where the summit expanded its global footprint, the community now returns to its home ground in Limassol, this time under the Doers Summit name.
“Reflect Festival grew into a community that people from across the global tech ecosystem genuinely felt part of,” said Stylianos Lambrou, Co-Founder and CEO of The Doers Company. “Evolving it into Doers Summit allows us to expand that community globally while keeping Limassol at the heart of where it all started.”
A Gathering of 10,000 Doers
The 2026 edition is expected to welcome over 10,000 participants to Limassol’s Kolla Factory, including startup and scale-up founders, venture capital, private equity and angel investors, operators and senior executives, as well as business professionals, ecosystem leaders, policymakers, media representatives, and international delegations. The programme will feature dedicated tracks for investors, startups, media, corporate partners, and international ecosystems, designed to facilitate targeted networking and deal-making.
Not a Traditional Conference
Set within a vibrant, festival-style venue, the summit will feature four immersive stages alongside lounges, meeting areas, and spaces designed for networking and collaboration. The programme will also include Doers Pitch, where selected startups present their ideas live in front of leading investors. Over the past year, the format has gained significant traction, facilitating more than 150 follow-up meetings between founders and investors.Beyond the main programme, the experience continues with 20+ curated side events, including four flagship gatherings the organisers have been refining over the years: Elevate Summit (proptech and real estate innovation), CarryOn (a curated gathering of venture capital investors and founders), Money etc. (exploring the future of fintech and financial infrastructure), and the TechIsland Summit, which brings together leaders shaping Cyprus’ rapidly growing technology ecosystem. Together, these elements create a multi-layered programme that goes well beyond the traditional conference format.
Supported by Leading Ecosystem Partners
Doers Summit Limassol 2026 is supported by a growing network of partners committed to strengthening the region’s innovation ecosystem. Partners include Cyprus’ Research and Innovation Foundation, alongside companies such as PayPal, SOFTSWISS, AWS, Skroutz, Nespresso, CAPSBOLD and with additional leading partners supporting entrepreneurship and technological progress to be announced in the coming days.
