The Cyprus Stock Exchange closed with slight gains on Tuesday, rising by 0.34% to 286.10 points. The FTSE/CySE 20 index increased by 0.63% to 173.40 points, while the total turnover reached €280,116.88. The indices of Investment and Alternative Markets recorded increases of 0.33% and 1.30% respectively, while the Hotel and Main Market indices showed decreases of 1.02% and 0.01% respectively. The shares of Vasilikos Cement Works had the largest trading volume with €74,183.10 and an increase of 8.77%, closing at €4.96. They were followed by Bank of Cyprus, Atlantic Insurance, Louis Plc and Logicom, without significant changes in their prices. In total, 7 shares moved upwards, 8 downwards and 7 remained stable.
