Cuba: Authorities Told Airlines They Won't Have Kerosene from Tonight – Planes Will Be Unable to Refuel for a Month

Cuban authorities have informed airlines operating flights to and from the island that the supply of kerosene to aircraft will be suspended for at least one month from midnight tonight (local time) due to the country’s energy crisis. This decision affects airlines flying to and from Cuba. The crisis is due to the cessation of oil supplies from Venezuela and US threats to impose additional tariffs on any country selling oil to the communist-led island.
