Car Hits 7-Year-Old Child Outside School in Heraklion

A 7-year-old child was hit by a car outside a school in Heraklion, Crete, on Wednesday morning. The child, who was walking to school with their mother, was struck by the car's left mirror and fell onto the road, sustaining a head injury. An ambulance from EKAB (National Centre for Immediate Medical Care) immediately arrived and transported the child to the hospital for first aid. The child's condition is not a cause for concern. Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
