Brown University Shooter Confessed to Crimes in Video, Showed No Remorse

The perpetrator of the fatal shootings at Brown University and MIT confessed to his crimes in a video found after his death. Claudio Neves Valente, 48, showed no remorse for his actions and did not reveal his motive. In the video, Valente stated he enjoyed being called a “animal” by Donald Trump and that he neither hates nor loves America. He had immigrated to the US 25 years ago to study Physics but never completed his degree. Authorities report that Valente had been planning the attack on Brown for some time.
