Award-Winning Pianist Vitaly Pisarenko to Perform in Cyprus

Internationally acclaimed pianist Vitaly Pisarenko, a laureate of prestigious competitions such as the Franz Liszt Competition in Utrecht and the Leeds International Piano Competition, will perform in Cyprus on January 29th at The Shoe Factory in Nicosia. Pisarenko has earned a reputation for his remarkable technique, expressiveness, and charismatic stage presence, having given recitals in renowned halls like Wigmore Hall in London and the Musikverein in Vienna, and collaborated with leading orchestras. The recital will feature Schubert's Four Impromptus D.935, one of the composer's most extensive works for solo piano, as well as Liszt's piano paraphrases on works by Wagner and Bellini. These pieces highlight Liszt's ability to transform operatic and orchestral themes into impressive piano compositions. The Ukrainian-born pianist has performed in over 30 countries and received rave reviews from critics, including the New York Times.
