Attorney General Requests Lifting of Sizopoulos' Parliamentary Immunity

The Attorney General of the Republic of Cyprus filed a request for the lifting of the parliamentary immunity of MP Marinos Sizopoulos on Friday, February 20th. The case is scheduled to be heard in the Supreme Court on March 3rd, with the aim of proceeding with a criminal investigation against the MP, based on the findings of the Anti-Corruption Authority.
