Attack on DIPA Offices in Limassol - Marinos Kleanthous Condemns

The offices of the Democratic Party of Cyprus (DIPA) in Limassol were attacked by unknown individuals, who recorded their actions in a video and made them public. The party's vice-president, Marinos Kleanthous, condemned the attack, describing it as an organized act and expressing concern about the increase in violence in society. The perpetrators presented the attack as “resistance in the name of purification”, which Mr. Kleanthous rejected as unacceptable. DIPA called for calm and political dialogue, emphasizing that problems should be addressed with arguments and not violence. The party has already filed a complaint with the competent authorities and expects the incident to be investigated.
