APOEL has resolved the issue with the transfer embargo it was facing by activating Saeid Mehri's account and paying off its debts to the Iranian footballer. This means that the club from Nicosia can now register players normally. As a direct result, Milos Degenek's debut is expected in the upcoming match against Omonia Aradippou. The lifting of the embargo allows APOEL to further strengthen its squad ahead of the continuation of the season.
