The United States carried out another bombing of a speedboat in the Caribbean, resulting in the death of three people. The operation, conducted by the US armed forces, targeted a vessel that, according to US authorities, was transporting drugs. This is the fourth known aerial strike of its kind since the beginning of the year, bringing the total number of deaths from these operations to at least 133 and the number of destroyed boats to 39 since September. The legality of the bombings is being questioned, as no concrete evidence has been presented of the ships' involvement in illegal activities. The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights describes the bombings as 'extrajudicial executions'.
