Khamenei Accuses Trump of Being a 'Criminal' and Blames Him for Iran Protests' Casualties

Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has accused former US President Donald Trump of being a “criminal” and held him responsible for the casualties and damage caused during the recent protests in Iran. According to human rights activists, the protests have resulted in over 3,000 deaths, while internet access remains restricted. Although Tehran appears to be calming down, repression continues and arrests are increasing. Trump claimed that Iranian leadership canceled mass executions, which has not been confirmed by Iran. Indian students and pilgrims returning from Iran reported restrictions and difficulties in communicating with their families.
