Terror in Sri Lanka: Elephant Attacks Vehicle with Tourists

Russian tourists experienced terrifying moments in Sri Lanka when an elephant attacked the mini bus transporting them. The animal, searching for food, uprooted the vehicle's door, causing panic among the passengers. According to the Russian network SHOT, the vehicle carried a family with a child and their friends. Elephants in Sri Lanka often approach tourists for treats and usually move away after a small 'bribe'. In this case, a Russian tourist gave the elephant a fruit, which apparently did not please it or was too small. Enraged, the elephant began shaking the vehicle, uprooting the door and nearly overturning it. The tourists, panicked, abandoned the vehicle. After a few minutes, the elephant calmed down and the tourists were able to continue their journey. Fortunately, no one was injured.
