Cran-Montana Fire: Authorities Suspect Fireworks on Champagne Bottles

Investigations into the devastating fire at the Le Constellation bar in Crans-Montana are continuing at an intense pace. Authorities consider fireworks attached to champagne bottles as the main scenario for the fire's start. So far, 113 out of 119 injured have been officially identified, including 71 Swiss, 14 French, 11 Italians, and others. The number of fatalities remains at 40, while 50 injured will be transferred to hospitals in other European countries. The prosecution is examining all possible causes of the fire, and the two French managers of the bar have already been questioned. Flags are flying at half-mast at all Swiss embassies around the world.
