Praise for Cyprus' Role in Regional Crisis

Cyprus has received positive feedback for its role in addressing the regional crisis. The President of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun, expressed his satisfaction to the United Nations Secretary-General regarding the actions of the Republic of Cyprus. Similar positive comments were made by Antonio Guterres himself during his meeting with President Christodoulides in Brussels, while the role of Cyprus was also mentioned by the presidents of the European Commission Council.
