Συνάντηση με τον κατοχικό ηγέτη Τουφάν Ερχιουρμάν είχε ο διοικητής των Τουρκικών Χερσαίων Δυνάμεων, στρατηγός Metin Tokel, στο πλαίσιο επαφών που πραγματοποιεί στην κατεχόμενη Κύπρο.
Στη συνάντηση παρευρέθηκε επίσης ο διοικητής των Τουρκικών Δυνάμεων Κατοχής στην Κύπρο, αντιστράτηγος Sebahattin Kılınç, καθώς και ο διοικητής της λεγόμενης «Διοίκησης Δυνάμεων Ασφαλείας» (ΔΔΑ), υποστράτηγος İlker Görgülü.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησης, συζητήθηκαν ζητήματα που αφορούν την παρουσία των τουρκικών στρατιωτικών δυνάμεων στα κατεχόμενα και την κατάσταση στην περιοχή.

Erhiurman Meets with Turkish Land Forces Commander (VIDEO)
The commander of the Turkish Land Forces, General Metin Tokel, met with the occupation leader Tufan Erhiurman in the occupied Cyprus. The meeting was also attended by the commander of the Turkish Occupation Forces and the commander of the so-called “Security Forces Command”. Issues related to the presence of Turkish military forces in the occupied territories and the situation in the region were discussed. The meeting took place as part of General Tokel's contacts in occupied Cyprus.
