Agricultural Input Prices in Cyprus Decrease by 2.6%

According to the latest data from Eurostat, agricultural input prices in Cyprus decreased by 2.6% in the fourth quarter of 2025. At the European Union level, the average price of agricultural products decreased by 1.9%, while input prices remained relatively stable. Cyprus recorded the largest decrease in non-investment inputs (-2.6%), while the largest increases were observed in Lithuania, Ireland, and Romania. Specifically, milk and cereal prices fell across the EU, while fertilizer prices rose. Eurostat reports that the decrease in input prices in Cyprus is the largest in the entire EU.
