Iran Reports Significant Damage to Water and Energy Infrastructure

Following recent US-Israeli strikes, Iran has announced significant damage to its water and energy infrastructure. According to the Tehran Ministry of Energy, the attacks, which include cyberattacks, targeted dozens of facilities and networks. Simultaneously, US President Donald Trump threatened to strike Iranian thermal power plants if Tehran does not open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, while traffic in the strait has almost stopped due to the war. Iran responded by threatening to target energy infrastructure and desalination plants throughout the region. The situation remains tense, with both sides making statements and threats, while efforts to repair the damage are underway.
